About the role:

We’re seeking a Product Manager, Collaborative Solutions to partner with our customers to accelerate delivery of solutions that align with both their needs and our strategic vision. This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement and product innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers interested in funding solution development, fostering open and transparent communication.
    • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
    • Facilitate discussions to align customer requests with the company’s product strategy.
    • Communicate clearly and empathetically about trade-offs, feasibility constraints, timelines and strategic priorities.
    • Translate agreed solutions into SOWs and negotiate trade-offs and schedules with customers
    • Collaborate with the legal team, management and customer on contract development
  • Roadmap & Strategy:
    • Evaluate customer-funded feature requests for alignment with strategic priorities.
    • Contribute to the overall product roadmap by integrating insights from collaborative projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work across product management to define and prioritize features, creating detailed requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
    • Work closely with engineering to estimate effort and ensure successful delivery of features.
    • Partner with customer success and sales teams to communicate progress and outcomes to customers.
    • Advocate for the customer while maintaining alignment with business goals.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    • Track the performance of collaboratively developed features and their impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
    • Report on project progress and outcomes to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

  • 3–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing customer solution delivery in the context of a strategic roadmap.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in assessing technical feasibility and business impact.
    • Skilled at writing clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Mindset:
    • Customer-focused and empathetic, with a strategic approach to feature prioritization.
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.
    • A proactive self-starter with a passion for delivering high-impact solutions.
