As the Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing, you will own key performance channels, with a strong emphasis on paid search. You’ll lead a high growth team, driving measurable growth and ensuring ROI-positive campaigns that align with our strategic goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about scaling B2B SaaS brands.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across channels including paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic.
  • Own and optimize paid search campaigns to achieve conversion, CPA, and ROI targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and tools, continuously testing and iterating to maintain a competitive edge.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid search.
  • Proven track record of driving results in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, SA360, and programmatic tools like TradeDesk.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
