About the role:
The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement will be responsible for taking strategic ideas and transforming them into actionable initiatives that drive measurable outcomes. This role focuses on executing projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration of tools, processes, and training programs that enhance the performance of the SaaS Account Management team. By leading cross-functional efforts and optimizing sales operations, the Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in driving increased upsell, cross-sell, and customer retention.
What you’ll do:
Sales Enablement
- Lead the program to empower AMs in upselling, cross-selling, and retention through tailored playbooks, data insights, and consultative selling.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align strategies for account growth and retention.
Leadership
- Mentor the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Trainer, aligning efforts with sales strategies, and collaborate with AMs to drive account growth.
Sales Process Optimization
- Refine workflows and enhance the customer journey with AM leadership, focusing on upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
- Use data-driven segmentation to help AMs prioritize high-potential accounts and personalize outreach
- Oversee and improve sales tech tools to support AM growth in alignment with sales strategies.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Manage accurate forecasting for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, providing strategic insights to leadership.
- Maintain real-time, accurate data in CRM for revenue tracking and decision-making.
- Analyze AM performance, identify pipeline gaps, and deliver actionable insights.
What you’ll bring:
- University or Bachelor’s degree, advanced university or Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 plus years of sales enablement and 3+ years of sales management experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft) and sales analytics tools and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales enablement programs, including creating playbooks and sales strategies that empower Account Managers (AMs) to drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention efforts.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into operational strategies.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and a track record of implementing successful process changes.
