About the role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to keep our Customer Success engine running. You'll sit at the center of a cross-functional team — creative, social, email, ads — and turn client goals into digital assets that drive attendance to 6ix summits (live investor webinars).

If you love bringing order to fast-moving creative work and clearing the path so your team can do their best work, this one's for you.

Why 6ix

For too long, economic opportunity has been limited to people with the right connections or existing wealth. 6ix democratizes access to investment opportunities — so more people can build wealth, live better, and have a say in how the world around them gets built.

It's ambitious work, and we're looking for people who want to leave things better than they found them.

What you'll do

  • Partner across the Customer Success team to drive the creation of digital assets (creative, social, email, ads) that fill 6ix summits.
  • Own prioritization, goals, deliverables, and constraints for a cross-functional team — and keep everyone aligned and moving.
  • Clear roadblocks so your teammates can hit their KPIs and OKRs.
  • Work closely with the Team Lead and Account Manager to translate client needs into clear, accurate direction for your team.
  • Build and refine documentation, guidelines, and best practices for consistent, compliant delivery.
  • Test and implement systems that let us deliver the 6ix platform at scale.

What you bring

  • Experience as a creative project manager, account manager, or in a related role.
  • A project management or Scrum certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) is a bonus.
  • Hands-on experience managing performance marketing projects and teams — in-house, at a startup, or both.
  • A strong grasp of the creative production process across mediums, especially direct-response, social, and performance assets.
  • A point of view on what makes the creative and briefing process work (and what doesn't), plus a knack for collaborating with marketing and creative teams.
  • Excellent organization, self-direction, and comfort adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Clear, concise, diplomatic communication — internal and external.
  • Sharp attention to detail; you catch the things others miss.
  • Comfort living in cloud-based tools (we run online).

Bonus points

  • A genuine growth mindset — you believe performance improves through iteration and reps.
  • A habit of spotting what could work better, and actually fixing it.

Compensation & benefits

  • Competitive salary, benefits, and share options.
