We are hiring a Product Associate to support the On-Chain Digital Asset Management team. This is a hybrid role focused on execution, coordination, and product delivery, with exposure to research and ideation.

You will work closely with the On-Chain Digital Assets Strategist and Product Manager to help take ideas from concept to launch and into ongoing operations. This role is designed for someone who is comfortable operating independently, enjoys turning abstract direction into concrete outcomes, and thrives in fast-moving, on-chain environments.

The role leans execution heavy. You will not be expected to originate investment strategies from scratch, but you will be expected to help shape, implement, and run them once direction is set.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Product Execution & Operations

• Support the design, launch, and ongoing management of on-chain products
• Translate high-level strategy and product direction into concrete execution plans
• Own day-to-day operational tasks related to active products, including monitoring, coordination, and follow-ups
• Help maintain products post-launch, including process improvements and documentation

Research & Analysis

• Conduct market and protocol research to support new product proposals
• Assist in drafting product proposals, internal memos, and supporting materials
• Analyze DeFi markets, yield strategies, and on-chain mechanics relevant to active initiatives

Partner & Vendor Coordination

• Interface with external vendors, service providers, and ecosystem partners
• Manage outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing communications with suppliers and counterparties
• Support due diligence processes for tools, protocols, and infrastructure partners

Internal Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with product, strategy, compliance, and operations teams
• Help build and refine internal workflows, SOPs, and operating processes for Web3 products
• Act as a reliable execution layer so senior team members can focus on strategy and direction

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Crypto-native with hands-on on-chain experience, including DeFi and self-custody wallets beyond centralized exchanges
• 1–3 years of experience with digital assets; minimum 1 year actively transacting on-chain
• Highly independent, organized, and reliable; able to manage multiple workstreams without constant oversight
• Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset; takes full accountability from idea through execution
• Operationally minded with the ability to define and drive execution paths with minimal guidance
• Comfortable communicating with external partners and following through proactively
• Strong research skills and ability to find answers independently
• Clear written communication skills for internal documentation and proposal

We’ll get you up to speed on our internal processes and workflows, walk you through our product-specific tools and context, and share the key institutional considerations involved in managing on-chain assets.
