3iQ’s Hedge Fund Solutions (HFS) team is dedicated to delivering institutional investors a comprehensive suite of high-conviction hedge fund strategies and specialized portfolio management services. The HFS offering includes 3iQ’s Managed Account Platform (QMAP), a discretionary investment management platform sub-advised by third-party crypto hedge fund managers, and 3iQ’s Outsourced Crypto Investment Office (OCIO), an investment advisory service that caters to investors seeking specialized assistance in asset allocation design, investment program creation, and third-party manager/vendor evaluation.

We are currently looking for an Investment Operations Analyst, Hedge Funds whose expertise in fund operations and passion for digital assets will be instrumental with assisting in back and middle office functions. Responsible for monitoring and forecasting liquidity, trade and bank reconciliations, invoice processing and client and internal reporting, and as a key member of the QMAP team, you have a strong desire to help build the success of the Hedge Fund group and 3iQ overall.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Verify portfolio pricing
• Bank reconciliations
• Maintain policies and procedures documentation
• Support monthly fund reporting procedures including NAV reviews and tracking of investor activity
• Provide back-up support to various roles and processes for the Investment Operations team including portfolio compliance, trade processing and ensuring data integrity
• Provide oversight for client reporting and billing processes
• Serve as a point of contact for issue resolution with reconciliations
• Maintain auditable documentation of all steps in the
• Aid in regulatory filings and fund audits
• Respond to various ad hoc internal reporting requests

Experience and Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree, preferably technical (math, accounting, business, economics, statistics)
• Fund operations experience, preferably with an asset management firm or hedge fund
• Adaptable, flexible and responsive to multiple and changing priorities
• Proactive and accountable for work quality and completion
• Ability to perform detailed work accurately
• Desire to learn new skills provided through training
